If candidates have completed a Major - a further 36 credit points comprising 12 credit points of Core Units; a Minor of 24 credit points; and Elective Units of 12 credit points. If candidates have completed an Extended Major - a further 24 credit points comprising 12 credit points of Core Units; and Elective Units of 12 credit points. Elective Units can be selected from any unit offered by the University subject to candidates meeting overall course requirements and prerequisite and timetabling requirements for individual units. |

Note for students contemplating studying Honours in Psychology: Note that satisfaction of these requirements does not guarantee a place in the program. The School of Behavioural, Cognitive and Social Sciences imposes a quota on Psychology Honours enrolments. The closing date for all applications to enter honours in Psychology is 31 October in the year prior to that in which enrolment is sought. |
